Shell House is an unparalleled Australian hospitality experience, with four personalities in one venue. Located in the Sydney CBD, Shell House is a journey mixing sophistication, spontaneity, and theatricality with bespoke furniture and natural materials, in neutral colours.
The Terrace (located on level 9) & Sky Bar (located on level 10) fit out designed by Wood Bagot, allude an elegant and sophisticated experience of inner-city dining.
“The Dining Room is classic in theory, yet modern and forward-thinking in practice. It is elegant, grand, and approachable at the same time.”
Dining Room & Terrace:
A European courtyard dining experience, capsulating warm, neutral, and organic tones and textures – amidst the Australian botanical landscape. It’s a place to dine or lounge throughout the day, which also transforms into a magically, luminous setting during the evening. The palette of marble flooring in combination with bespoke furniture, illuminates a new perspective of inner-city dining.
Sky Bar:
An impulsive and playful palette of russet tones of inner-city socialising. Accompanied by bespoke furniture and vintage lighting, the Sky Bar continues to replicate a theatricality origin of the Menzies Hotel, during the 1960s.
“This Dining Room holds a very special place for me as I hope it will for many others – it’s the beating heart of Shell House.” – Brett Robinson
